What is a Value Resort?
A value resort is the least expensive option Walt Disney World Resort offers. Standard resort rooms range from $117-$389/night and family suites range from $308-$873/night BEFORE discounts. Prices vary based on the time of year. Each value resort offers the following:

a cafeteria style quick service and a pool bar

at least one pool (no slides)

bus transportation to all four Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs

early entry into all four Walt Disney World theme parks every morning

Room Types
All of the All-Star Resorts offer a 260 square foot room with one queen size bed and one queen size Murphy bed (wall bed). Each room can sleep 4 people plus one child under 3 years old.

All-Star Music also has Family Suites that has 3 queen beds, a full size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 full bathrooms. This suite can sleep up to 6 adults plus one child under 3 years old.

There is an option between a Standard Room and a Preferred Room. Preferred Rooms are close to the main pool, lobby, dining, and bus stop.​​
Theme Park Transportation
All of the All-Star Resorts offers bus transportation to the theme parks and Disney Springs. During less busy times (usually the middle of the day), the bus will stop at All-Star Sports, then All-Star Music, and then All-Star Movies.

Each All-Star Resort has a quick dining service that is cafeteria style and open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner:

Art of Animation Resort

Room Types
Art of Animation has 4 sections that offer different types of rooms: The Standard Little Mermaid section offers a 260 square foot room with two queen size beds. Each room can sleep 4 people plus one child under 3 years old. This section is the farthest away from the lobby, dining, the Skyliner, and bus stop. However, because they are standard rooms, they are the least expensive rooms at Art of Animation. The Little Mermaid section does have its own pool.

Family Suites are the most common room type at Art of Animation. Each suite has a queen bed, a Murphy bed (wall bed), and a sofa bed with two full bathrooms as well as a sink, mini fridge, and microwave. Family Suites are in 3 themed sections: Lion King, Cars, and Finding Nemo. Finding Nemo is the closest to dining, lobby, bus stop, and bridge to the Skyliner. It also has the largest pool at Art of Animation. Therefore, rates for the Finding Nemo suite is slightly more expensive than the Lion King and Cars suites.
Theme Park Transportation
This resort offers two modes of transportation: bus and Skyliner.

The bus takes guests to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs.
​
The Skyliner will ride guests to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT as well as other resorts along the Skyliner route: Caribbean Beach, Riviera, Yacht & Beach Club, and Boardwalk.
